A DAWN AT THE END OF A HORRIFYING NIGHT

The year 2019 ended on a terrifying note with the entry of the CORONA virus COVID-19. In 2020, unaware of the lurking danger of the pandemic, all the public initially, was a bit easy on it. But when the stranglehold of COVID-19 started getting tighter and the toll of the deaths started going up spiralling, panic spread over the entire world. The unknown virus confused the medical field. The scientific sector started its research labs day and night trying to find out the vaccine to protect against the killer virus which was strangulating the human race. By end of 2020, a few vaccines were invented. The whole world had a sigh of relief. The entire humanity came forward and the vaccines were made available to needy nations at a very reasonable price by some nations or even free of cost by a few countries like India.

In 2021, the delay in vaccination of each & every human on earth took some time to eliminate the virus from our globe. And before it was eradicated, the killer virus COVID-19 changed its form, and by the end of 2021, it appeared as Omicron. Again, being an unknown enemy, our scientific world once more got into frantic action. They started working on the data available to them. But this time, the world is somewhat aware of the behavioural pattern of the virus and the scientific community is confident of a quick antidote for Omicron.

So, the end of this year is not as gloomy as last year. But the arrival of Omicron has brought some dark clouds along with it making the new year sun not as bright as we wanted it to be,

Though the pandemic COVID-19 has upset the economic pattern of the entire world, it has introduced a new way of working style for the corporate offices. The work from home method has given rise to a new dimension to the economics of the corporate offices.

The technological development of the internet got speedily incorporated into the system. This change has affected the working community very seriously. The upset caused by this adaption of technology is much more severe than the incorporation of computer technology. Computer technology had the potential of causing the worst disturbance in the social structure of a working community. But the change over was not that rapid as to cause damaging perturbation. The technological change first took place in a developed country, Then gradually, it percolated down to the underdeveloped countries. There was enough time to ponder over the implementation of the developed technology,

But the recent changeover of technology was clubbed with the harsh restrictions imposed by the spread of the pandemic. It was a sudden change in most parts of the world.

The leading-edge technology, pioneering Internet of the Things, also came into focus speedily. Even that is also imposing a forceful shift of technology and replacement of manual workforce.

Thus the year 2021 has faced a medical upset causing a severe impact on the economy and new technology implementation, the impact of which is still not visible.

The year 2022 is full of hopes that it will yield good results on the medical as well as the economic front.
