एक बूँद ।
नन्हें पाँव उसके,
छपक छपाक,
उठे नाच,
जब पड़े ज़मीन पर।
बोली मुझ से,
तुम ना समझोगे मेरी व्यथा,
बादलों की कैद में थी इतने दिन,
मिली हैं आज़ादी कुछ पल,
लौट आयीं हूँ अपने घर मैं अब।
कुछ दिन रहूंगी,
माँ के आँचल में,
सुस्ताऊँगी,
दुलार लूंगी,
फिर निकल पड़ूँगी,
मैं तो बस एक बूँद हूँ,
कभी इधर, कभी उधर।
