A World in my Head

Beyond the clouds

Underneath my head

Lies a world

A world without dread.

A place inside my head

Full of candies and rain

Full of heroes and life

And villains in vain.

Away from life

Creatures beyond sight

Everything in this world

 Is in my mind!

Friends whom I’ll never see

Fantasies which will never come true

All in this little world

Which came out of the blue!

Beyond the highest clouds

Deeper than the oceans

One day may lie a world

A land of my imaginations !

Maybe unicorns which fly in the skies

Maybe a dragon hiding away from eyes

All on a piece of paper

Unfolding slowly, my fantasy thrives!

May they never exist,

But that can’t stop dreams

And no matter how much I grow

The memories will still make me gleam!

One day I’ll write a book

Of fantasies grand,

They would weave a dream

For may be a child, in a far away land!
